With it's second floor loft and 4'-6" headroom there's enough space for a sleeping area if you are looking for a cabin or a significant amount of more storage area. The first floor, with its high side walls, has plenty of room to add shelving for even more versatile storage.

Picture depicts the 12'x20' size for this model. The wood pocket doors can be optionally upgrade to steel pocket doors or french doors.

Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware. You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind.

All required hardware including door hinges, latch, nails, hurricane hangers, glue for gussets and detailed instruction manual. Shingles and roof edge provided by owner.

Siding

Primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.

Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and durability of an engineered product.

Loft
The Belmont's unique truss design provides a 2nd floor loft for additional storage space. A 4' opening is provided to allow access to on either end of the Belmont's second floor.


Optional Windows and Shutters

Single hung windows with screens & decorative raised panel shutters.
Optionally you may order additional windows to provide more light and venting.

Single hung aluminum 18" x 36" windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative raised panel shutters are included.


Optional Sunburst Window

You may want to order sunburst windows to provide more light and venting for the second floor loft area.
Single hung aluminum 18" x 24" windows with decorative sunburst top provide added appeal, light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects.


Optional Floor

Our wood floor systems offer two designs that let you choose what is best suited for your needs.

The standard floor is best installed over and existing founcation, cement slab, blacktop or gravel base. Bricks or patio stones can be used to level the 2x4 treated framing. The standard floor includes treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 5/8" OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ).

The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground the 4x4's provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners, treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.

Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.

Optional Pre-Cut Treated Wood Ramp

Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to pair with our Deluxe Floor System. This optional ramp is designed to match our Deluxe Floor to correctly match the height of the floor with runners.






Doors

The Belmont comes standard with a set of wood pocket doors with crossbuck design located on the 12' wall. Pocket doors retract out of the way for EZ entry. No swinging doors to get in the way of the entryway. The pocket door design provides smooth opening and keeps the weather out when closed and out of sight when open.

Optionally you may choose to upgrade to steel pocket doors or 15 lite French doors or no doors at all on the 12' side.

Primed wood siding installed over a 2x4 frame for extra strength. Unfinished white pine trim is installed over siding. Doors are shipped ready to install on a heavy duty aluminum track. Galvanized door sill and lockable door latch are included.

Door opening is 5'-5" x 6'-6"

Optional 6-Panel Door Upgrade

Upgrade your building with steel pocket doors which offer an attractive alternative to the standard wood pocket doors included with the storage shed. Featuring a durable steel surface with a classic 6-panel design. Galvanized steel resists rust and corrosion, and a 1-piece polystyrene core provides reliable insulation. Painting or staining is a snap thanks to a smooth surface treated with 2 coats of baked-on enamel primer.

Optional 15-Lite French Door Upgrade

15 lite French Doors. Door opening is 6’-0” × 6’-9”. Doors are 15 lite steel entry doors, pre-hung in a wood jamb with brickmold trim. Included are weather-stripping, aluminum threshold and lockset. Doors are in-swing type.
