Our 10'x12' Cambridge provides needed storage without taking a lot of yard space. The 10'x12' size is perfect for small lots. A larger size is available. Weather tight when closed and out-of-sight when open, our custom built doors, recessed behind an attractive curved arch opening, are protected from the weather. Doors retract, out of the way, for EZ entry. Eliminate weather damage from doors that are left open.
Our doors are pre-built, constructed from solid pine tongue & groove barn siding. Heavy duty sliding door hardware, along with an treated door sill provide a weather tight system.

The Cambridge Storage Shed is created using pre-assembled sections for the walls and trusses. Trim is pre-cut and ready to attach.

Sliding pocket doors are made from solid pine tongue-and-groove barn siding. Arched opening adds visual appeal. Opened, doors recede from sight. Closed, they’re weather-tight and block out rain and snow.
The Cambridge shed also includes framing and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and fully illustrated, step by step instructions. And, the shed is covered by our materials replacement guarantee. If any material in your kit is less than perfect on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you!

Before beginning construction, get a building permit and make sure designs conform to local building code.
 Trusses
Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 90 mph wind loads.
For extra strength metal hurricane truss hangers are supplied to secure trusses to the exterior walls.
Optional Floor
Our wood floor systems offer two designs that let you choose what is best suited for your needs.
The standard floor is best installed over and existing foundation, cement slab, blacktop or gravel base. Bricks or patio stones can be used to level the 2x4 treated framing. The standard floor includes treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 5/8" OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ).
The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground the 4x4's provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners, treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.
Optional Pre-cut Treated Wood Ramp
Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to match your building. This option is designed so that when you purchase our Wood Floor you can correctly match the height of you new sheds floor.
