When space is limited, our 12'x8' Aspen will solve your storage problems while dressing up your backyard. This attractive style will blend into any surroundings, including the pool area. Optional windows will provide light and ventilation. Windows/shutter kits can be ordered accessories list below. The Aspen is 8' deep (front to back) and 12' in length. A 4' wide door opening will accommodate most riding mowers.
The Aspen kit includes pre-cut framing, white pine trim, exterior siding and roof sheathing, enabling fast and accurate assembly. The barn doors are pre-built creating a professional look when your barn raising is complete.

Aspen Component Specifications
Wall Framing - 2x4 construction with studs spaced 24" on center with top, bottom and tie plates. All lumber is premium grade imported from Sweden or Germany. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all lumber. All lumber is pre-cut to exact size for fast and accurate assembly.
Roof Trusses - Pre-cut, ready-to-assemble. Trusses are spaced 24" on center and designed to handle severe snow and wind loads. Simpson hurricane hangers provided.
Exterior Siding - Pre-cut to size, Louisianna-Pacific 'Smart Panel'. Primed cedar texture embossed into resin-saturated overlay, free from knotholes and patches. Siding is treated with Composibor (from US Borax) to prevent fungal decay and damage from wood insects. Paint to the color of your choice.
Roof Sheathing - Pre-cut to size, 7/16" OSB structurwood is furnished for the roof sheathing. Owner to supply shingles. See additional information above.
Entry Doors - Prefabricated, ready to install. Made with #2 & Better white pine trim and LP primed siding. Doors have a traditional cross buck design with a stylish arch on the upper part of the door. Hardware is black powder coated hinges and door latch.
White Pine Trim - is furnished pre-cut to length for outside corners, door trim and front fascia. The gable trim is pre-mitered. Trim is unfinished.
Wood Floor- Wood floor system consist of 2x4 treated runners installed under 2x4 treated floor joist spaced 16" on center. 5/8" OSB 'structurwood' flooring is provided to be installed over the treated deck frame.
Windows: - Optional: Windows can be purchased from our Ebay store.
Hardware - Door hinges and latch are black powder coated. All nails, except for shingles, wood glue and hurricane hangers for trusses are provided. Detailed instructions with step-by-step, 3-dimensional easy to follow instructions. We offer a very detailed instruction manual.
Shipment - Material is shipped on a compact (49" x 96" x 25") pallet directly to your home. Shipping information listed below.
