Professional Greenhouse, 40 Series, 20'L
This barn-shaped design provides more growing space than a traditional 'A' Frame greenhouse. Designed for the enthusiast grower, the Rion family of greenhouses offers extra space for both grower and plants. Rion system modularity supports the greenhouse owner's changing needs. This greenhouse is available in a green or white frame finish with lockable hinged doors. The fully insulated double walls, with total thickness of 4mm, have UV coated polycarbonate glazing for better sun protection, light diffusion, heat insulation, strength, and safety. Its R Factor (ability to retain heat) is 1.46. The greenhouse is 4 panels wide (including 2 doors) and is expandable so you can add a section now or later.
Optional Base for the 40 Series Greenhouse (GH44)
These hollow bases anchor Rion greenhouses to the ground by filling the base with soil or concrete. They are made to fit each Rion greenhouse perfectly, and all fittings needed for assembly are included.
Optional Additional Roof Windows with adjusting lever
This set comes with 4 roof windows and 1 louvre vent. For the 24' greenhouse, 2 more roof windows with automatic openers and 1 more louvre vent is recommended to increase air circulation.
Optional Automatic Roof Window Opener
Automatically opens and closes Roof Vent when temperature changes. The opener has a metal cylinder containing a mineral, which expands when heated. This pushes a piston that opens the vent. As the temperature cools, the mineral shrinks and a spring closes the vent and resets the piston. The opening and closing of the vent is gradual, allowing just the right amount of airflow for cooling. This set includes 2 automatic openers.
Optional Side Window: Louvre Style for Rion Greenhouses
This window replaces a single panel in the back wall for extra ventilation. 2 louvre windows are recommended for the 20' greenhouse.
Optional Shelving
This package of 4 additional shelves allows for extra planting space. Each shelf is 48.8"L x 6"H x 1"W and they come with mounting brackets.
