Westbury is a welcome addition to great backyards. Build an attractive, unique design with a Westbury component shed kit.

Optional floor kit saves time and costly material waste. Owner supplies 4×6 treated timbers for floor to rest on.

Basic Westbury kit includes two upper dormer windows and two lower windows with shutters. Openings for these windows are pre-cut into the siding for fast installation. You can order optional gable windows and ground floor windows for end wall.

Window-and-shutter kits: Window openings for the end wall are not pre-cut, so you choose placement of windows. Upper windows are 14" × 24". Lower windows are 18" × 36". Front entry door should be purchased locally.

2nd floor loft provides storage for those where-do-I-put-it items. Ideal storage for seasonal decorations and other treasures. Access to loft through a 48" × 66" opening in floor. Owner can add a ladder or pull down stairs for easier loft access.

You may want to hire a professional to install the flashing and roof shingles: Westbury requires more time and experience than a straight roof design. Still, pre-cut hip rafters, pre-built roof gable and pre-cut gable trim make for easy construction.

Pre-built doors (6' wide × 6'-9" high opening) are furnished for one end wall. They can be installed on the left or right end of the building. Our siding is primed "V" groove with cedar texture embossed into the resin-saturated structurwood. See notes on siding.

Package includes pre-cut roof sheathing, 2×6 loft floor joist covered with 5/8" structurwood, white pine trim, nails and door hardware. Plan to add vinyl siding? Buy Yorkshire instead.
