ShedtownUSA uses 3 delivery methods. Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed. All items in our Sheds & Outdoor category are shipped free!

Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, some items are not shippable by parcel carrier, and require safe delivery via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. The charge amount is clearly visible as you place the item(s) into your ShedtownUSA shopping cart.

For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. This service does not include in home delivery or set up. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Please contact ShedtownUSA directly if you have special instructions for delivery. Alternatively, please provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.

Before ordering a Storage Shed from any shed company, a customer should find out wether there is any restriction to building a shed in the neighborhood, or it will just be a waste of money. Your local community building commission should be able to answer this question as well as letting you know if a building permit is required. Because we ship nation wide, it is the customers responsibility to make sure that the building they order meets their local code.

Your correct phone number is essential for arranging your freight delivery properly. Please be sure to include the most relevant phone number(s) to contact you at the time you place your order.

Orders for Sheds and Greenhouses typically ship in 7-10 days directly from the manufacturer`s warehouse unless otherwise indicated. ShedtownUSA ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Please email us for a shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, Florida Keys and San Juan Islands in the Northwest.

Customers are also responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery. This includes improper phone numbers used at time of ordering.

If you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for a full refund from the date of purchase. Minus the inward and outward shipping cost. With some manufacturers we do incur a restocking fee of 15% which is your responsibility. Return products must be in their original packaging, including all product manuals and warranty cards. This policy applies to all manufacturers with the exception of Little Cottage Co. which products are made to order and are non-returnable. This return policy begins once the product has shipped!
